The British Legion Poppy Support Charity shoot hosted at Northall CPC not only produced some excellent scores, but also raised an amzing £4221 towards the charity. Much gratitude goes to the shooters, visitors and to Northall CPC who contributed to the occasion.
The weather stayed warm and sunny for the day and it was the early shooters setting the standard.
Henry Carey shot a superb 98 to take Top Gun. Steve Clark shot an excellent 97. Pete Mantell managed to finish work early also shot an excellent 97 to equal Steve. Pete became A Class winner as Steve was not available for a shoot off. Cliff Goodwin dropped two targets on the final stand equalling Ray Watson and resulting in a shoot off. Cliff maintained his composure to defeat Ray without dropping a shot.
